PlayersTV Digital (PTV) is a new sports media company built to disrupt the conventional hierarchy of the industry. Despite being a newly formed entity, the founding team's expertise makes the company anything but a rookie in the sports media landscape.

Regulation CF allows investors to invest in startups and early-growth companies. Unlike Kickstarter, with Regulation CF offerings you aren't buying products or merchandise — you're buying a piece of a company and helping it grow.

Accredited investors can invest as much as they want. If you are not accredited, your limit depends on your annual income or net worth, whichever is greater. If that number is less than $124,000, you can invest 5% of it; if both income and net worth are greater than $124,000, your limit is 10%.

PlayersTV's pre-money valuation is $50,000,000, calculated by multiplying the total shares outstanding by the price per share offered in this raise. It reflects the company's value before any new funds raised in this offering are added.

PlayersTV generates revenue through a multi-stream media model, primarily advertising sales and content licensing. With 200M+ monthly available ad impressions monetizable at up to $25 CPM, plus brand partnerships and an extensive library of original programming, the company has multiple revenue streams across the growing sports media landscape.

There is always risk when investing in a startup, and the earlier you get in, the more risk is usually present. If a young company goes out of business, your ownership interest could lose all value. You may have limited voting power due to dilution, and may wait five to seven years (if ever) for an exit via acquisition or IPO. The common stock of PlayersTV Digital is not publicly traded and cannot be easily sold. Investors typically look for a return if the company is acquired or goes public — long-term exits taking roughly 5–10 years (often longer), and sometimes there is no return at all. Shares sold via Regulation Crowdfunding have a one-year lockup period before they can be sold under certain conditions.

You can cancel your investment at any time, for any reason, until 48 hours prior to a closing. If you've already funded and your funds are in escrow, they will be promptly refunded upon cancellation. To request cancellation, email info@dealmakersecurities.com.

If the company does not reach its minimum funding target, all funds will be returned to investors after the close of the offering.
